"My daughter first time having laser hair removal treatment at New Skin, read great review about the clinic. She was happy with Emily. We turned up one time and was 5mins late, got told off by a,staff called Maria, said she only take my daughter in this time, next time will gave to reschedule because they are very busy. When treatment done, there was no one waiting in the waiting room. Not only that, she burnt my daughters armpits. The appointment after that, we cam 10 mins early and had to wait for 15mins, I've told Maria about the pist treatment, she replied it's the policy we increased the strength, I asked her policy? Did you tell my daughter??? Not at all. What kind of policy is that and not letting clients know prior to treatment. Not too happy"
