"I’m not satisfied with the service from Dr Raj Khiilan. The reason is his communication with patients and families by doing some over diagnosis as he did with our child. He could have been communicated more easily with parents as we went to him for some advice for a different reason, while he picked up something else and to rull out those, we had to do a bunch of diagnostic tests. Being as an public health professional, I recognized his diagnosis is over prediction & over diagnosis, which has created a lot of stress on us as a parent. Furthermore, his clinic didn’t follow the triage, as Dr Raj read the GP’s referral in front of us, without knowing the history of the patient. This is also a concerning issue for a specialist, where the charge is very high."
