"I was a international student when my wife got pregnant, we did not had any medicare card our private health insurance refused to pay for the delivery cost as we were mere 20 days short. Different hospital quoted us around 15k to 25k for the delivery but baccus marsh was the most affordable. I had only 6k in my account which was my next semester fees I remember Vannessa in finance at baccus marsh, she helped me with installment payment plan and at the end i was blessed with a beautiful baby boy. Indeed after every hardship comes ease. Thank you baccus marsh"
"Empty- that includes staff. No compassion, No support or care provided.I have never been to an urgent care where they want patient to tell all details not the person accompanying them. There was no one at the hospital and the nurses were just roaming around with no doctor to check the patient. It’s high time these medical centres start taking care of the patients."
"Very poor expected to by myself find my own way from metropolitan melb to the hospital without any transport available to me and weren't happy when I didn't have any family or people willing to escort me home again sifter day surgery I had no physical way of getting there and they took me off category 1 urgent surgery just cos I couldn't physically get there"
"Disgraceful. As urgent emergency reason I gone there. After 2 hours waiting then they informed its going to be 2 more hour's roughly. Dont know whats going on. They told me it's very busy. However only few patients are there. It seems a big cheeting/ acting is going on . Just predending that they are too busy .Needs immediate attention from health department. It's now on pathetic situation as examination from the Doctor is not even available without unnecessary wait and by the time of treatment patient situation becomes worse."
"My whole life I have been terrified of the thought of giving birth. Had my first baby at Bacchus Marsh on the 9th of feb 2023. I am so, so happy that I got to have her at this hospital instead of sunshine. The drs and midwives were absolutely AMAZING the entire time I was there. They were very supportive and helpful in anything I needed. Definitely recommend this hospital, I left having the best birth experience and I will be having my second here for sure. Thank you to all the midwives and drs. Natasha, Daniel and little Aria xx"
