"The tech did my 20w scan but it was incomplete, told me that if the midwife need she will do it again for me. Sent through incomplet scan. My midwife advice me to go back for rescan. Called them, they just refuse to take me in, refuse to talk to me or let me talk to a radiologist, blamed me for not having medical knowledge and wouldnt even solve it with my midwife. Do not recommend this place. The machine even was so old it didnt show clearly!!!!"

"I came there on 30th March 2022 for my 20 week ultrasound. It was all good, Cherie (the sonographer) took all the important pictures except the baby's spine and she couldn't see the gender clearly. She asked us to come again on 9th April 2022 to get pictures for the baby's spine and to see the gender (as we requested). She promised that result will be sent 24-48 hours after appointment. On 6th April 2022, my midwife has asked whether I have done the ultrasound and if I have why they haven't got the result yet. I'm unsure why they did not want to send the result (that was already available) and just the index pictures later on following it. Today is 12th April 2022 (tomorrow morning is my appointment with the midwife) so I asked Cherie through SMS regarding the result which she promised to be sent to my email address too. My midwife wants to see the result so they can tell me what to do and how the baby is going, etc. I called them (because Cherie didn't reply to my texts) a few times today but all my calls were rejected (I don't know why). I honestly feel like this is not worth it. I'd prefer to pay rather than getting this kind of service. Don't get me wrong, Cherie is a nice person, just the work process I don't get. She promised me but didn't give it to me. I came on 30th March 2022 to give her enough time to send the result but turns out it is all useless (waste of fuel, you know how expensive fuel is recently). Tomorrow I will talk to the midwife and I am unsure what they will say regarding not getting to see the result. P.S I came here because I heard it is bulk bill (the location itself is 1,5 hour driving from my house) but I should have trusted the bad reviews here. Edit : MY RESULT WAS NEVER SENT TO MY MIDWIFE!! IT'S BEEN 7 WEEKS. I WILL REPORT YOU AS MEDICARE FRAUD."

"Awful service! Seem to have an immense lack of a structured booking system. When I was there on a Saturday hoards of people with 5 members of their families feeling the need to come along were there. I was not certain whether I actually made an appointment or not seems people kept just flooding through, only making their appointment as they arrived. Tried to make a follow up appointment online when the doctor requests an urgent re-scan and heard nothing back. Tried calling 3 times and no answer. When I finally got through the guy just seems clueless and no idea what's going on. Doesn't seem like a very professional place to get a scan."
