I gave up, could not be bothered waiting on the phone any longer. Cannot comment on their service because I have had no service."

"I wish I could rate this lower as my experience was unprofessional and I was shown no respect or sympathy from the person that did my ultrasound. I was waiting in the waiting room for 20 minutes crying in pain on my knees on the floor. The receptionist realised I wasn’t well and did inform the person who I was seeing, about my situation however he still made me wait in pain for another 10 or so minutes. I was informed bad news and started to cry and all he did was chuck a box of tissues in my lap and told me we were finished and left the room without even asking if I was okay, without even asking if I understood what I needed to do. He just walked out with no care in the world. Absolutely disgusting. I’m not one to write reviews, but this behaviour was so pathetic it made me sick. Especially after the results. No respect whatsoever. Shame on you."
