New Medical Imaging

"I went for my 12 weeks pregnancy scan. Reception staff were nice and helped with the paperwork.I appreciate that. But the guy who did ultrasound didn't explain about the baby and upon asking could he pls explain.He answered abruptly and wasn't professional at all. He was frustrated because baby kept moving.This guy needs more training on how to explain and have patience while doing pregnancy scan bcz yes the baby will move and it's not anyone's fault if this happens. All staff should wear a name badge so that we can mention their names here as well. Thanks"

"My MRI scan was a very pleasant experience. It was my first time ever getting one done and Chris was amazingly helpful. Thank you so much for the help Chris and thank you to all the staff for a friendly welcoming."

"Unfortunately very poor service from the receptionist who made a point we were 4 minutes late. Although we were there in line waiting to be served. My young daughters first experience for an abdo ultrasound. The receptionist then decided it was ok to word up the other receptionist who decided it was acceptable to come out and yell at us infront of a room full of people that we were late. My daughter was beside herself, sat there in complete silence while this woman yelled “you’ve made everyone late” “get up and go in the room-you can sign the consent form in the room”. People go there because they are dealing with medical issues not because they chose to. Very very poor customer service, I’m disgusted in the behaviour and would think you work there with some sort of empathy. There is definitely a much better way to point out your concerns than yelling at patients ! This place needs to hire humans who actually are empathetic towards patients and know how to communicate with people instead of rage at them. Terrible service, absolutely terrible."

"This place is just terrible. Needed an ultrasound-guided corticosteroid injection that took all of about 3 minutes. Needle was virtually jabbed into me and was sooooo painful! The person then disappeared and left me in the room to gather myself and leave. Injection did nothing and I had to go elsewhere for help. With the right clinicians, which I found later, this procedure can be done virtually pain-free and with the time taken to keep you comfortable. Avoid if you value your health! Like a factory farm for medical patients. Oh and they delete reviews. Classy...not."

"incredibly rude admin staff. I am a student who requires attending ultrasound appointments as a support person to complete my degree. The gray hair lady started talking over the top of me when I explained that I was here to attend an appointment with my client "I DON'T UNDERSTAND, ARE YOU A MIDWIFE OR NOT?", no, I explained it again and then took a seat finally, to which I kept getting strange looks from the receptionists. I ended up walking out and not attending the appointment. They need to work on being kind and if they don't wish to do so find a new job :) People who are ill/needing help come here, they don't come to be bullied. I also noticed one man came in who didn't speak well english, and 3 of them started trying to clarify with him all at the same time like the wicked witches of the west."
