"The assistant manager, they said their name is Tabaha was helpful to deliver this information, however, I had made an order at the store on the 30th of July for a Bilini Shoe which was on sale. As per her description, one of the staffs (pretty sure her name was Ashleigh) that i made the order with had explained that my size was on stock in Highpoint, she had locked the shoe in and grabed all my personal details. There were no follow ups or delivery information as i got busy with life as well. She had told me that the shoe will get delivered in 1-3 business days, today’s the 18th of July, When i called in today, the assistant manager says that the staff had messed up my details and linked my details to another account. This is unacceptable and unfair to so many levels. Now, how does the store have an audacity to request me to come to the store physically for a refund? This does not make sense to me. I am very very upset about this. I need the shoe that i ordered like requested as it is NOT MY FAULT, IT IS A MANAGEMENT AND TRAINING ISSUE. Thank you!!!"

"Sorry for this post, I’m not usually a Karen but I have to leave a review after my experience with Bilini Melbourne central. I bought a pair of heels from Highpoint (those girls were LOVELY ) I purely bought these shoes to try on when I got home with a dress I had, I DID NOT WEAR THESE SHOES OUT!!! Let me make this clear! I decided they didn’t go with my dress. When I brought them Melbourne central to get a credit note (which is very frustrating that you can’t return btw) one shoe had marks and some green marks which I had no idea about which I’m assuming this was because I bought the last pair at highpoint and the shoe was a display shoe. The other shoe looked brand new. I am 100% sure these green marks were not from me. One of the girls at Melbourne central was SO RUDE and honestly made me feel so anxious and stressed like I had done something really horrible, gave me the worst attitude and overall really bad customer service. There was a girl who put the exchange through however was very nice and spoke to me like a human. I’m not to sure what this RUDE girls name is but I would like to make a formal complaint about her as she needs to be taught basic customer service skills and how to work in retail professionally. I came in on Friday night the 19th of may."

"Love the shoes but shopping at this store is such an uncomfortable experience. I was looking for a pair of boots, settled on Billini as I’ve had great experiences when shopping online. Safe to say my first time shopping in store was not pleasant. I went in twice over 2 different days to try on a pair of boots. The first time I was met with an attendant that looked like they could care less about helping me grab the size I needed. I genuinely felt guilty asking for a size up because of the huff I got the first time. I then asked if the material was stretchy. I was told that it was in the foot but not the rest of the shoe, all whilst typing on the computer and never meeting my eyes, no smile or anything. I was with my partner and we both agreed the customer service wasn’t on and we just walked out after that. The second day was much of the same and I was the only person in there. I ended up purchasing because I loved the shoe but again, the attendant was typing on the computer and not looking whilst I was asking a question ect. I don’t think I’d ever walk back into this store, I don’t expect over the top customer service but just being friendly would go a long way."

"Honestly was the most uncomfortable experience buying shoes ever. She kept sighing and looked like she was struggling to pretend to care about her job. She looked peeved every time I asked for different shoes too. It’s such a small store and her attitude was so poor it was honestly not it. Girls, guys, I honestly don’t bother with reviews but I’ve felt so off since I went I couldn’t shake how rude and bratty she was. Girly, this is the job you signed up for. Some customer service (just bare minimum if you can manage) is required at least. Can’t believe I was the one who had to have the pep and positive attitude and whatever just to keep myself from literally walking out. Who hired the uncomfortable mean girls with the bad vibes and thought that was an amazing idea? Clearly got their jobs from knowing somebody inside the company.."
