"We bought a pair of shoes from this store and paid $150 for it and after only wearing the shoes once by my girlfriend at a sitting concert and then back home there were some serious damages on the shoes like they've been worn for months. And when we went back to the store to ask why, the store manager told us this is normal wear and tear and theyve had few other incidents like this with other customers too. when I said this shouldn't happened after wearing shoes once she said doesn't matter how many times and how many hours you wear the shoes this could happen. She offerd to call the state manager and they said its wear and tear and if we are unhappy we should email their customer service like they would do anything. So if you want to waste your money and buy a rubbish product then nine West is the right place for you. We are very unhappy with the quality of the product and they way we were treated at the store and how nine West has no regards for its customers and they hard earned money."

"Very arrogant staff (probably racist ) not at all helpful. I have worked in customer service and when I take the role of a customer I make sure I am humble and polite as I understand how challenging customer service role can be with challenging customers but when you yourself are humble and polite but receive opposite treatment from the other end it feels bad. I went to this highpoint store yesterday to buy formal heels for an event and this staff member (tall) instead helping was in hurry to collect and put back the heels which I am still unsure about (kind of putting pressure to me your decision quick) and then she said this is display piece but only worn by few people. To which I was like it is leather footwear so if people have tried it's shape might have changed. Rather being considerate or polite she added we can't refund due to promotion offer although you can get gift card. I understand it's compliance telling every information but there is always a polite way of doing it and I was still deciding should I buy display piece but felt so insulting the way she was telling about refund policy. I REALLY FELT THIS STAFF TREATED ME AS IF I CANT ADFORD THEM AND BEING A RACIST SHE TREATED ME WITH NO RESPECT. I END UP NOT BUYING THEM FROM STORE INSTEAD ORDERED ONLINE. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I felt sad for such people who have such small thinking and choose to treat people like that. GOD BLESS THEM"

"If you are visiting this store, the quality of their customer service you ll get purely depends on how much luck you have. Some sales girls are really friendly and very helpful, others are just loose leafs, especially one sales named Carlee/Carley. I personally dealt with her twice, both over the phone and in store, her customer service skills are absolutely a joke! Wouldn't do an exchange when I found out the pair of heels (brand new, never been wore) I bought less than 24 hours ago had some glue marks on the surface. Rude and aggressive behaviours was presented by her, using all possible excuses to try to reject my request for an exchange, harassed her colleagues(whos younger than her) with abusive language. Wasted half an hour in store, finally got the exchange. By the moment I left the store, was completed disgusted by her. In addition to above, rang the store on a different occasion to do stock check on a pair of flats that were on sale. Ironically, this Carlee person picked up the phone with a very lazy and rude attitude again, didnt want to do the stock check while acting like she s deaf and couldn't hear my request over the phone, constantly cut me off when I was telling her the item number of the flats repetitively (repeated 3 times and got a rude response from her saying: yes, I got the numbers you are saying) , refused to put the shoes on hold for me despite I told her very clearly that I will come in on the following day to grab them. End up ringing one of their city stores and manage to secure a pair on hold for myself. Very smooth process, friendly customer service with no rude behaviours/language at all. My advice to those out there whos planning to visit this store, proceed with caution, seek help from other sales rather than this Carlee until she s gone."
