Not sure if cheer is for you? No worries! We offer free trial classes at both our Northcote and Westmeadows locations. Whether you have prior experience or not, we encourage you to come down and give it a try. Our friendly and experienced coaches will guide you every step of the way.
At Southern Cross Cheer, we take pride in our achievements. Our international open coed level 7 team, Legacy, has made history as the first and only Australian cheerleading team to "Globe" at the World Championships. Not once, but twice! They won Silver in 2016 and Bronze in 2017 in the international open coed level 6 division. This level of dedication and excellence is reflected in all our teams.
From our Mini age classes for children as young as 4 to our veteran athletes who have been with us for years, we foster a culture of passion and drive. We believe that everyone can excel in cheerleading, regardless of age or experience. That's why we have created teams and classes for athletes of all ages and abilities.
Our goal is to ensure that each person is placed where they are best suited, maximizing their enjoyment and progression. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced cheerleader, there is a team for everyone at Southern Cross Cheer.

"I was born without the ability to applause and clap after a great stage show or event where clapping is necessary. I just couldn't seem to get one hand to touch the other simultaneously and continuously for 10 seconds or so. My life was in peril. But thanks to Cheer Factor All-stars, I'm not only able to applause and clap, I can CHEER! 'Go team go' is one of my favourite chants. I've now been an all-star for 10+ years.
