"Staff have very little product knowledge and unable to explain the basic operation of baby related equipment like prams or nursery furniture. Staff claim to have items in stock but when you are ready to pay for item suddenly out of stock and has to be ordered in. Store consistently out of stock of furniture items and have very few items actually available for purchase. Will not be returning to this store much better off at highpoint store even though it's much further."

"Been here a number of times but sadly won't be returning. My husband and I kindly asked the cashier upon entering if we could please have some assistance with the baby monitors located at the front of the store. The young lady paged for someone to come and assist however after waiting over 30 minutes for someone to help us, we decided to leave and go elsewhere. It was clear no one was interested in helping us. Will be purchasing my monitor and breast pumps elsewhere. Very unhelpful."

"Extremely rude staff. They’re never helpful and make it seem like a chore to serve you - it’s your job! Two staff members were standing in the middle of the store on their phones, gossiping and showing each other videos and ignoring customers. Appalling service, do not recommend at all."
