"Spent quite a bit of time here this morning...awesome range of toys and puzzles...fantastic interaction with the owner...cannot recommend highly enough..."
"Terrible service from the sales assistant this morning. She approached my husband quite rudely asking where his mask was. I told her he is medically exempt. She did not respond and walked away. Whilst we were browsing her shop she did not approach us and ask if we needed help. My 4yo son was playing with a dinosaur figurine and banged it on the shelf. My husband and I started to tell him to stop but in stormed that sales assistant saying to my son “excuse me!!! No, no, no!” All while shaking her head and glaring at the child. We left the store, she lost a sale and my son was quite upset at her telling him off. Disgusting service. Never stepping foot in the store ever again. You’d think that a kids toy shop would have more patience for young children. Zero stars."
