Welcome to Re-Creation Health Club, the premier establishment for health and fitness in Sorrento, Australia. Conveniently located on Hotham Road, just 200 meters past the Sorrento footy oval, our gym is a point of interest for both locals and visitors alike.

At Re-Creation Health Club, we offer a range of membership options to cater to all needs. Join us for 3 months and enjoy unlimited 24/7 gym access, as well as access to all our classes. Whether you're a permanent resident or just visiting the area, we have great value memberships available, including our popular "weekender" membership that allows for 12 months of weekend-only use.

Our fully equipped gym has recently been extended to provide even more space and equipment for our members. In addition to the gym, we have two group training studios where you can participate in spin, fitness, and mind-body classes. Whether you're looking to improve your cardiovascular fitness, build strength, or find inner peace through yoga, we have something for everyone.

Located on the Sorrento/Portsea border, our health club attracts members and guests from surrounding suburbs such as Sorrento, Portsea, Blairgowrie, Rye, Rosebud, and St Andrews Beach. We pride ourselves on being a character-filled and community-focused gym, where everyone feels welcome and supported on their fitness journey.

In addition to our excellent facilities and classes, we also offer flexible membership options. All direct debit and 3, 6, and 12-month memberships come with unlimited use of our club. For a small admin fee of $10, you can even suspend your membership for a minimum of 2 weeks up to a maximum of 6 months.

"I took a boxing class from Karen Catalucci. She is an excellent fitness class instructor. I'm a lifetime fitness junkie, been exercising since age 12. Sometimes workouts can be repetitive and boring. Her workout was fresh, High Intensity Interval Training. She used heavy bags and shadow boxing gloves to work your shoulders. If you think you're in shape, try this. Be ready for the warm up. When class starts, the sweat starts. Her humor is on point. She is highly intelligent, shown by the way she motivates people based on their skill and personality. She is clearly an accommoplished boxer. This class was amazing. All of the equipment was provided. I wish they had one here in Austin."
