"I can't describe how deeply I am disappointed to be treated so poorly despite I have been a customer to Dr Tran for a number of years. My appointment was scheduled for 10:30 today 20/05/17, little I realised they double booked me. Just in front of me they took in another lady and when I asked the receptionist are you running late? if so I will go and do some shopping. She replied no. Twenty minutes passed still no news, I simply got up and left. This wasn't the first time they do that to me but this time they took me for a fool too and that's what I found very offensive. Anyhow it's their loss, I was a good customer spending few hundreds of dollars a year at his clinic. Once trust is gone nothing else is matters!"
