"Was originally Quoted 15 months for my orthodontics.. ended up taking 5 years and went through 4 different drs…. First one was fired, next one had a car accident and didn’t return, third one just quit after a month.. 4th one was lovely and finished my teeth off but wasn’t a qualified ortho. I am writing this review 2 years after finishing my treatment because ever since getting my teeth touched at gentle dental campbelltown I have been cursed with TMJ!!!!!!!!! My jaw NEVER used to lock, pop, click or cause me pain before getting braces here. I’m upset that two perfectly good premolars were ripped out and my teeth moved backwards. I get that is standard practice sometimes, but I had an overbite!! Bottom jaw should have been brought forward. Now my bite is forced backwards so my teeth can touch and I have clicking pain every time I chew food or when I open my mouth it locks and I can’t open up unless I pop my jaw sideways to be able to open my mouth. Now every day of my life I have to live with this created condition. Probably the worst decision to spend $12k and get this result."

Dr Joseph and his lovely assistant made the whole experience relaxing and stress free, ensuring that I was comfortable at all times. We even had some soft music in the background to help with the nerves. 10/10 would recommend the practice for all your dentistry needs."

"I had visited the clinic a week ago with severe pain. The last 2 dentist I had visited insisted I needed my wisdom teeth removed and wanted to rush into getting them out. I then visited Dr Joseph who is literally God sent. He explained everything in detail, done a clean, X-rays, and assured me to take a step at a time to find the best solution. He put me an antibiotics and told me to visit him in 2 weeks time. The pain has subsided drastically and he did not charge me anything for the work he put in. He also gave me a breakup of cost if I needed the teeth removed. But again reassured me that there's other options before we get to that. He is genuinely there to help his patients and find a solution. He is kind, reassuring and very detailed. I did not once feel rushed or him pushing just to make money He is patient and very very kind. I would not go anywhere else after the brilliant service I received. I do not have enough words to express my gratitude towards this man who clearly is dedicated to help people. You will always be in my prayers Dr Joseph The staff are kind and polite.
