"We went to store on 07/02/23. There are two ladies in the store and one lady is friendly but the other lady is very rude and unprofessional. We want to get something for my daughter and when we asked about one sweater, she said that everything is on display, they don’t have other size. Fairs enough, but after that, she cleared her voice very loudly and in front of us which makes me feel like what is happening? I looked at the other lady behind the counter, she is looking at her as well. I don’t feel welcomed at all at this store and never want to return back this store. If owner wants to contact me, I am open to talk. This is worst experience I ever never have. Still quite angry when I am typing."

"We were about to purchase a jacket and cardigan today, and asked the girl working there “Are these the only sizes available?” She looked at us with a cold expression and said “Probably.” That made the decision for us, and we decided not to buy and left. We never like to support rude people and reinforce this sort of behaviour. When I came online to post this review I wasn’t surprised to see such negative ratings. I don’t think this store will improve judging by the other reviews here and the owner replies. Will my review help? Probably not."

"The service is never good in the store, the sales girls can never be bothered helping unless they can see that you are buying up a storm they don’t really help you. But the jacadi returns policy which is not the stores fault but a company issue really needs to be addressed. The way they treat a credit note or an exchange in their store is so ridiculous. There are so many unreasonable guidelines for example, not being able to use your credit note on sale items, not being able to use the credit note online. They really need to evolve with the times. It’s a real shame because their clothes are actually so nice despite being made in China with that pricetag, but the service and the conditions of sale is so ridiculous"

"Went to The store on 19/02/21 around 5.30pm. Came across the most rude sales person till date. Was in store for almost 20-30 mins and she can see me struggling with finding the size. She just ignored me to the extent that even after asking if she can help me with the size i am looking. She rendered no help and her actions were like you are not welcome in this shop and i am not going to sell you anything."

"Received as friends gift set and went for replacement/refund. Being told the policy is you can not spend a dollar on reduced price or specials on your credit note. And credit note will only be valid for 2/3month. Almost like force you to spend the money even you not be able to find something to buy. The quality over price is also a question mark, not recommand."
