Then when finally getting served the one serving me still stood there talking to her colleague while serving me. "I’m not usually one to leave reviews as i can understand the retail perspective since i work it too but i was made to feel very uncomfortable with my body today. I came in searching for certain things for a festival and the girls comments were quite negative and kept suggesting to me longer skirts etc when i had some more revealing clothes. I am not the skinniest by any means but she was very judgemental and it seems like she was trying to steer me away from what i wanted and her comments were very negative based too :( do better to be more understanding to your customers and understand we aren’t all the same size and can wear what we want. retrain them on customer service"
"They forced my daughter to try on stuff she had no interest in purchasing. Weird and outdated customer service styles that are forced onto staff by managers. Similar experience at the Northland store too"
"Staff were really wonderful and took their time to help me out when a jumper I got had some loose thread. They really put in effort to try and find me the same jumper and when we found out it wasn’t they helped me find a similar one. I actually love the second one I got more than the first. I’d you want good service and great clothing then this is the place to go."
