It was my mother’s first visit to the dentist and I was really nervous not knowing how she would react. We got there and Mandy at the front was the most friendliest, Kindest and welcoming person. Before Dr Lee started, she sat next to my mother and explained everything she was going to preform and made her feel reassured and safe.
