At ICA, we deliver ICF Accredited Coach Training Programs globally. Our vision is to change the world one coaching conversation at a time, and as pioneers in online learning, our e-learning curriculum was accredited by the ICF back in 2004. Today, we offer 16 Programs (Level 1 and 2) in 3 languages (English, Chinese, and Italian), with a thriving community of coaches in over 126 countries around the world.

Our online learning platform is purpose-built to host the curriculum and resources, with all classes delivered by successful practicing coaches. We offer structured programs with the option to take a linear (structured) or intuitive (flexible) approach. Through our programs, you will connect, learn, network, and form lifelong friendships.

Our practice-based curriculum provides a thorough grounding in the latest theories and philosophies of coaching, integrating skills and concepts into practice through hands-on coaching demos and participation in a peer coaching program.

Our academic schedule is structured to give you time for practice and reflection in between classes, creating a continuous cycle of growth. We offer pathways that allow you to commit to the full 125 hours of accredited training upfront or start small and upgrade as you go along.
