"This is the dirtiest room I have ever had the displeasure of staying in. Mould in kitchen and bathroom, sticky floors, unclean and no assistance from staff. I booked and paid for two nights, but the place was so dirty that I left after the first night. Although I tried to contact them on the day I arrived and the next morning to complain, I got no response until after leaving. They then said I was not able to get a refund because I left without letting them fix the problem. They gave me an email address to write to with my concerns and although I have emailed numerous times since, they still have not responded. A health hazard."
