"I have shopped here a few times. And usually my experience is always pleasant. But this evening I wanted to go and quickly grab some things. The time was 5pm, shop closes at 5:30pm. The staff member tells me she’s closed down the till so I can have a quick look but can’t buy anything. Might stick to shopping online as clearly the staff don’t want to be there and lack initiative to try and get a sale."
