"I enrolled in a 2 year course in 2020 and I am overly very disappointed. The facility offered poor support, if any at times. Too many emails and phone calls were left unanswered, although the accountant was quick at reaching out when I was a day or two late to pay the school fees. Additionally I received unprofessional, offensive and threatening emails (to my opinion). Some teachers aren't motivated (and have too many students to deal with) to be able to provide you with a decent teaching but are there only to sign up papers. Many students are also just there only to fulfil their visa obligations and not really to learn something. On many occasion, I experienced the atmosphere of a primary school but with grown up adults... Many staff and students didn't really care about the covid restrictions put in place and at times I didn't feel safe entering the building. Thank you to the few motivated teachers that managed to share their knowledge, and helped me during this 2 years."
