"Do not shop here. Tried to return an unworn jacket same day with receipt as it hurt my chronic injured shoulder when tried on at home.: Store closes at 3:45pm. Had to come back the next day & they refused a refund as their ‘policy’ is store credit only no matter what reason. Won’t be back."

"Alison at the Forest Hill Store was very rude and actually hung up on me! I rang the Store on Thursday 12th September at 10:38am to enquire about a new top. She straight away said she didnt have it and cut me off when trying to explain the style / size / colour and even the product code to her. I approached her today in Store and told her she was rude and how dare you just hang up on me. She turned and said to myself and my Mum that "the phone got cut off". LIAR!!!! Big mistake as i spend / SPENT a lot of money in your Store. The lovely Rebecca would be disgusted in your customer service."
