"If I could give you zero stars I would. How disappointing to try to shop in a store where I am not even acknowledged. I hung around for a few minutes and noticed the staff member acknowledge another lady who walked in. A friend maybe up for a chat yet I'm not even greeted. Ageist????"

"So happy this store is here! The girls are lovely and helpful. They are really busy I found as new stock was arriving the day I went in and the stock hadn't even hit Williamstown or Highpoint yet - these girls were working so hard to make all this new stock fit. Im a hardcore Sportsgirl girl. I have been since I was a kid and Im in my 30's now. I wear something from Sportsgirl everyday without fail and I shop around stores near me to get my size bcs online sells out very quickly. The girls at this store are great at their jobs and I read a 1star review saying no one came up to her so she walked out!? LOL! were in 2022, you want something, ASK! These girls are not there to chase after you around the store - if you approach them - which I do every single time - they have helped me in a heart beat. They stand behind the counter Ive noticed as this is where stock is kept as well as the changing rooms they are servicing. As I said, Ive been to every Sportsgirl, you name it from Sorrento to Williamstown and everywhere in between - all the girls are lovely, dont pick on them because you want to assistance and dont ask!"

"Altona gate store: Do better! I was waiting patiently for this store to open here and so disappointed in the staff. I was alone in the store for over five mins and not one staff member came to help me. Not even a hello. I left immediately even though the item I wanted was there. Went back into the store 20 mins later. 5 people in the store and both girls still standing behind the counter chatting away. Really poor effect from a new store. The set up of the store itself is stunning. But please educate staff."
