Express Lube

"Went in for a pink slip... was quoted over $3000 in repairs. The repairs included 'rocket cover gasket"... its spelled and pronounced 'rocker' any decent mechanic would know this. Also gearbox sump gasket... but no allowance for gearbox oil. Also 4 new shock absorbers... but no allowance for an alignment. I booked the repair in with enough time to purchase the parts and have them ready... when I dropped the car off, they had no information of the booking or what had previously been discussed. They also told me that the repairs would now take 4 days instead of 2 days... absolutely outrageous... either complete incompetence or actual scumbags. EDIT. After receiving a call from head office customer service, I asked if I could get a copy of the failed inspection report. She said it would be emailed to me. After not receiving any 2 days I went into the mechanic and asked for it. It had not been processed. I had been charged and paid for an inspection... but they had not processed it. So instead of letting bygones be bygones, in one last final act of spiteful vengeance from these small, petty trolls, they quickly typed it into the computer and handed me my report. As I expressed my disappointment that they had not previously processed the report, they told me to write another google review."

"Got my tires replaced and a service done. Could ask for better service, some skinny bloke with glasses, junior i think. He did my car he was incredibly nice, helpful and respectful. Will only go to him."

"Regretfull experience!!!!! Booked my car in for simple wheel bearing replacement, had the car for a full day, picked the car up only to find out they had damaged it more as the steering was bent and had horrible noises coming from the side the bearing was replace on. I took the car back and explained the issues, they told me they would call me on Monday and let me know what had happened, as it was a Friday afternoon. Had the car for 4 days with no contact from express lube. When I called and asked about it they hadn’t even looked at it and I was told they were too busy. I picked my car up and fixed the problem myself. I am left wondering why I took the car to them in the first place, I am $380 out of pocket, and still no explanation from express lube. I do not recommend these guys at all. Zero star rating"

But I heard his co workers call him junior was the most impressive worker I've seen in a long time, challenging the work load without even breaking a sweat, whilst still having the time to be kind and understanding to customers whilst also being very informative, very happy and will be returning!"
