"What a waste of time. Three appointments cancelled over 4 month. I understand a therapist was gravely I'll but we turned up to our two past appointments. The first time we sat in the lobby for 35 minutes until we called the number and I was told they had tried to contact me to tell me the appointment had to be cancelled but they hadn't. Then went in again for a scheduled appointment with a new therapist. We turned up and they said oh we are sorry this therapist doesn't see couples. We have tried to contact you to cancel the appointment and again they hadn't. Luckily we weren't in desperate need of therapy. I am truly shocked at the lack of professionalism shown by this company. I'd look elsewhere particularly if you are desperately in jeed of help"

"This review is solely for Mercedes Moreno, and I do not wish to discredit the institution or other psychologists, as I have heard good reviews about them. Our first session was decent, she listened to my issues, though didnt provide much in the way of support or coping strategies. I assumed she would provide more indepth assistance in our next session. Whilst I admit that I did not respond to the confirmatory email, and for that I do not blame her, she was incredibly insulting on the phone to me. For one, she had no recollection as to why I had seen her the previous week, evidence being she believed I was unemployed. Her exact words being: you are unemployed aren't you. Which, had she paid attention to the previous week at all, she would have known that was not the case, given I was seeing her regarding my occupation. She then went on to insinuate that I would not be able to afford her. Going to the extent of reading out the documents regarding bulk billing and how I was not eligible. I had given her no indication that I could not afford her, and it was very insulting. Had she had any concerns she could have briefly mentioned it, not gone into detail for 5 minutes, if not more. Especially after I immediately said payment was not a problem. She obviously has a superiority complex. However, the worst thing of all was her not recollecting any details from our one hour session. I can understand finding that difficult, given how many clients she must see. However, as a health practitioner myself, I say that is no excuse at all. She clearly has no care or passion for her job, or her clients, and is solely focused on money."
