"I'm happy with the Push Ortho Thumb Brace I received from my online order today taking 2 weeks for delivery, most of this time I attribute to Australia Post. I'm satisfied with the other products I also bought. I used Paypal for payment and received confirmation from them of my order and payment. I received no contact directly from Comfort Discovered prior to delivery which I wasn't happy about so firstly left a more negative review. The owner contacted me directly to discuss my dissatisfaction which I appreciated. I was unable to locate the auto invoice confirmation I was advised is normal practice, but I accept that is usual practice for the business. Hick-ups can occur at times and I accept this now, I really appreciated the direct connect to discuss and give feedback re online ordering. After this, I would order from Comfort Discovered again."

"Went there to research mobility scooters for my mother. The staff are very, very helpful and seem to know their stuff. There is a great range of products in most areas. In terms of mobility scooters, there is an even under cover parking area where you can not only park, but also try out the products. The prices seem reasonable from the comparisons that I have done, and the staff really try to help you find the right product for your need in a caring and attentive manner. I was even able to hire a scooter and the team went out of their way to help and ensure that my mum would be safely inducted into is features and use, by walking me through things with the device and even providing me with a print out of the user manual and a checklist of things to walk my mother through when I delivered it. The scooters, even the larger ones, do come apart and fold to a degree that I was able to get it up a ramp that they had into my small SUV (to the surprise of all). If I was purchasing one, of course they would arrange delivery etc. When we found out the following day that my mum's doctor said she was not able to use the scooter, there was no hesitancy or problem in them offering a full refund when I returned it the next day. It is a lovely family owned business."
