"Running late in appointments by one hour, Dr Deepa Gopinath didn't have the courtesy to meet the patient or inform . Neither the doctor had courtesy to call 90 year old patient to come one hour later. The poor lady patient on wheel chair had to wait for more than an hour and went home without seeing the doctor. A horrible experience for her indeed."
