"We came to see this Specialist Obstetrician for the first time for my wife to get checked for a private matter. We cant really comment on his expertise in such a short time. The receptionist (his wife we believe) is not competent and somewhat bewildered in her job and did not get the medicare receipt emailed through to my wife"s email address and even worse Medicare did not send her the refund for $76.80 for a $250 visit/check up. Not a good experience for us anyway."
"I’ve known Dr Harry Ngo for 9 years as a private patient. He has delivered 3 of my babies at Westmead Private. I also had a cervical cerclage procedure done by him at 15 weeks for an incompetent cervix. He’s competent, friendly, his fees are affordable, and I would go back to him if I need his services again. He doesn’t have a debit/credit card facility so I bank transfer to his account and the receptionist sorts out the Medicare rebate for me afterwards. There’s a small box of toys to keep toddlers occupied in the waiting room. Street parking. Walking distance to Bankstown station and shopping Centre."
"My Wife has been with Dr Harry for over 6 years, through 2 pregnancies and now a third. His bedside manner is second to none with outstanding patient care. A True Professional who is not just a doctor but someone I would now call "a Friend.""
"I wish I could select 0 stars. Someone very close to me saw him for a bladder repair. Once she had her initial surgery and woke up he said “sorry I mixed you up with a different patient.” And therefore her issue was not fixed. He stitched her poorly and she was rushed for 3 emergency surgeries. Dr Ngo decided she needed a hysterectomy which was NOT needed for her problem, and he sent her home with NO antibiotics which led to a major infection. Her problem has not been fixed and was a total waste of money and hardship. Would not recommend him AT ALL."
