Dr Quang Phu Ho

"If I could 0 stars I would. I went to see Dr Quang about some cysts I had and told him my symptoms. All he did was look at the ultrasound report and said everything seems to look okay. He then gave me a conceptive pill script and that is it. Now my cyst has grown from 3mm to 5mm and experiencing bad pain. I now have to see another gynaecologist. I would not recommend Dr Quang."

"Dr Quang Phu Ho is a wonderful, skilled and kind-hearted gynaecologist. He provides clear and concise consultations and always genuinely accounts for the needs and interests of all his patients. His extra efforts has allowed me to have a successful surgery and even resolved other health complications that may have required me to seek other health services. "If your pregnancy journey is one that is less ordinary and not a walk in the park (which is extremely common for many couples), suggest you look for another OBGYN. Unfortunately we spent alot of money each time coming here, hoping in turn we will get expert guidance/advice and at the very least, some care and compassion, however our experiences left us with a long lasting negative experience in circumstances that were already upsetting. Appointments were never met on time and was always VERY late. There was very little verbal questions asked at each consultation, very minimal information/even recommendations or next steps provided, leaving us absolutely clueless each time and just simply stressed out with no direction. I could honestly say partner and I turned to Google and got most of our knowledge from there rather this OB for general guidance. He just doesn't seem to ask us questions, interested to know how we are doing, give us any advice or even bother being proactive and efficient and read up on our medical records of what stage the pregnancy was up too etc but spends the first 15 minutes having us in silence in the appointment whilst he looks at our records. Then the final few minutes before appoinent ended would be him giving us paperwork to move us along and out of the office. Felt very rushed and transactional with a lack of doctor to patient interest and care. There were times we emailed and messaged on the most basic of questions, which we never got a reply from. You would expect any professional practice would atleast write back afew words. We don't mind spending money as it is priceless for what we are trying to achieve, however a little compassion, guidance and care from an OB would make us very happy as we understand there aren't always answers to everything. I think all the positive reviews here are from people who had smooth pregnancy journeys which ofcourse help make the experience easier and positive. One great point was that the receptionist was very nice and helpful. We now found a new OBGYN and haven't looked back. We are now very happy to receive the standard of care we expect to receive from a specialist."

"Dr Ho has been with me every step of the way for my gynaecological issues. When I had an emergency situation in a public hospital, he dropped everything to come do my surgery. In the hands of the hospital surgeon I would have been left with half of my reproductive system. He not only has the experience and the expertise in this field, he has my full trust and keeps me updated every step of the way. I would recommend Dr Ho to anyone who wants a caring, proactive medical specialist. Ps, I I’m recovering from surgery with my full reproductive system."

"Honestly really disappointed with my appointment. I felt really rushed and like he was not even interested at all. Did not even want a follow up appointment with me to check if everything was ok. I still have the same problem I did before I went to him and now have had to make an appointment with someone else who is actually interested in helping me not for my money. Also the office is so old and dingy didn’t feel hygienic. Would only go there as a last resort or if I don’t speak any English because all they do there is speak Vietnamese."
