"Cathy is incredibly knowledgeable and skilled with decades of expertise, my pregnancy was relatively complex with gestational diabetes, a very large baby at 4.2kg birthweight, 2L of amniotic fluids and placenta previa. Cathy provided valuable advice and referral for my issues and she gave out her personal number for emergency, and would always respond within minutes. Despite the complexity, the c-section happened smoothly and my stitches at 6 weeks is so perfect, the scar is healing perfectly. Post surgery for the hospital stay, Cathy visited almost daily to ensure I was recovering well and I was well cared for, it was very reassuring in the early days of recovery and learning how to look after our newborn. Even though I had a large baby, Cathy was super respectfully when it came to birthing choices, she advised me on the pros and cons of both vaginal and C-section and told me to think it through even after I insisted on C-section at 32 weeks. I’m so grateful to have Cathy as my doctor, I’m now 7 weeks postpartum and having a wonderful time. Super grateful to have had Cathy as my OB, and having such a smooth pregnancy and delivery experience"

"Wish I can give a zero star. When my friends ask me for recommendations on OB, I tell them definitely not Cathy. We initially contacted Cathy’s office and wanted to have a natural delivery. Wife and baby were healthy during pregnancy and past all examinations. But, at later stage of pregnancy, Cathy started pushing for caesarean, and you got bad attitudes by saying no. In the end, the baby was born by caesarean, 2.97kg, and we had a really tough time on recovery."

"Dr Cathy Lee is such a caring and wonderful obstetrician. Having our full term pregnancy, we were deer in the headlights of what to expect and what to do. Dr Cathy was kind to provide her guidance throughout the entire pregnancy and also post-partum. Dr Cathy was always available via her mobile which she provided to us and was so responsive in her communications. She brings so much experience of what we needed as first time parents. Dr Cathy always provided evidence based choices for us to make and so willing to answer any concerns or questions we had including which hospital for the delivery. She was even kind enough to make multiple hospital visits post delivery to check in with my wife and child, something we are forever grateful for as we were learning adjusting to our beautiful baby. Dr Cathy and her team are all wonderful people, multilingual speaking Mandarin and English which helped my wife and I tremendously. "Dr Cathy Lee recently delivered my second baby. Again, she provided the highest level of care and was so caring and supportive throughout the whole pregnancy process. We really enjoyed our experience at North Shore Private Hospital. The nursing staff were gentle and beyond helpful.
