About the Business
Welcome to Kindamindi Childcare Centre, a beloved institution located on the border of Bondi and Tamarama in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney, Australia. Situated at 1 Illawong Avenue, our 32-place long day care centre has been serving the community for over 35 years.
At Kindamindi, we are committed to providing a nurturing and caring environment for children aged from 8 weeks up to 6 years old. Our dedicated team of experienced educators, led by our Centre Director, ensures that each child receives the utmost care and attention during their time with us.
As an independent, not-for-profit, community-based centre, we operate as a cooperative, with a voluntary parent management committee overseeing our operations. This collaborative approach allows parents to actively participate in the running of the centre, fostering a strong sense of community and involvement.
To ensure the safety and security of our children, we do not allow unscheduled visits. However, we warmly invite you to contact us at admin@kindamindibondi.org to arrange a tour and see our facilities firsthand.
If you are interested in enrolling your child at Kindamindi, we require a $25 waitlist fee per child. This fee helps us manage our waitlist efficiently and ensures that each child has a fair opportunity to join our centre. More information on how to join the waitlist can be found on our website.
One of the highlights of our centre is our commitment to providing fresh, nutritious food. Our on-site kitchen prepares delicious meals that cater to the dietary needs of each child, ensuring they receive the fuel they need to thrive and grow.
