"Coffee was good but the food was terrible. Last week I tried the cheeseburger; the meat patty was about 3mm thick, extremely dry and completely tasteless. One of the worst burgers I've ever been served and frankly McDonald's would have been more enjoyable and better value for money. I gave them another chance today when I ordered the steak sandwich. After roughly a 15 minute wait (the shop was not at all busy) I was brought a miserable piece of micron-thin "sizzle steak" that had been put between two slices of bread and simply toasted in a sandwich press. This $18 toasted sandwich didn't even have tomatoes or cheese or anything identifiable other than Dijon mustard. I took one bite and spat it out. So, fool me twice, shame on me. As I said at the start, the coffee was good but I will never again waste my money on food there. *Note that many of the reviews praising this place are actually about things like croissants, which would be provided by a commercial supplier*"
