"I went into the shop at Eastland. I walked around quite a bit of the store to find what I wanted. Of the four staff, it took quite a few minutes before anyone asked me if they could help. I have just tried the earrings and they don’t fit well. I might consider taking them back."

"Went in yesterday to buy a watch and was so very disappointed by the customer service received by Rebecca, it felt like she did not want to be there, yawned in our faces, no advice no smile, we were keen on a watch but did not want to give her the sale. Extremely unprofessional, so very disappointed. Off to another store where the service was exceptional. Shame as I did like Hoskings although will not be stepping foot in there again."
"Outstanding customer service from the Hoskings store. I didn't catch the name of the lady that served me, but she was so kind & helpful. She had short dark hair and served me around 10.30 on 5/8/22. I needed a quick jewelry repair, and whilst 5 other jewelers in Eastland refused to help as it was so minor, she took the time to fix my necklace clasp and ensure it was properly fixed. Thank-you again, highly recommend this store!"
