I went in there with zero knowledge about engagement rings and diamonds, and Antony explained all the fundamentals in simple to understand terms and guided me throughout the ring selection process. Once I chose the ring design, the speed at which it was produced and ready for me to collect was incredible. It took less than 4 weeks for the whole process of me to walk in the door for the first time and pick up my ring, and this even crossed over the holiday period! After proposing and needing the ring to be resized slightly, I dropped it off with The Diamond Guys with the expectation it would take a week to come back, and it was ready the next day! The service is exceptional, pure and simple. At no point did Antony ever try and upsell and he was upfront and honest and very transparent about things.
