"They sat on my issued PTA for for 3 weeks and only called me after I contacted LRD who said it was issued weeks ago. Gun was supposedly new but scratched and with a mangled screw and it looks like texta covering the flaw. One of the screws was stripped right out and will need tapping. Then they tried to overcharge me. I'll never come back. PS use of my name in your reply in a public forum is an unlawful breach of Australian privacy legislation."
