"What a shame. Came to this cafe and the long black hair barista was so rude. She was flustered because her coworker went for the toilet break and I heard her yelling at customers telling them to wait, yelling at pickup drivers and was very stressed. I get it that hospitality can be very busy at times, but if she was a little nicer and took her time, their customers experience could’ve been very different. Very disappointing. Not a nice front of house staff member."
"After hearing how passionately Steve crafts his sweet creations with the finest, freshest ingredients I had to try for myself. The Coffee & Baileys cake was fluffy and not too sweet and I could taste the real espresso. My latte was perfect too! Well done Steve and Play Coffee. Can't wait to try all the yummy cakes!"

To my surprise, they offer more than just the standard options, including a crafted pour-over coffee (V60) made from high-quality single origin beans. While the $6.5 price tag might seem steep, the handcrafted nature and attention to detail make it worth it. The resulting cup was not only well-presented but also flavorful.
