"We ordered four meals 2 fishermen baskets, 1 fish and chips and a lasagna. The fried food was good, however when my daughter was eating the lasagna she found a sharp shard of plastic in her mouth from eating it. Out of shock I took it straight to the counter and did not take a photo unfortunately. There was a brief apology but what was most disappointing was there was no offer of refund or to make another one. My recommendation would be to think about your service policy should this arise again. Hopefully not."

"Ordered a egg and Mayo sandwich,iced latte and a normal coffee and a bacon and egg roll. And scones The bacon and egg roll was good. The latte was average. Iced latte was also average. The sandwich is what was disappointing. The egg was extremely hard boiled and cut into uneven slices, it wasn't disrupted across the bread evenly and it wasn't really what we excepted (we thought it would be egg salad but that's on us). We we got our scones they we okay, came with little jam packets, and cream. I think what was disappoint was the lack of service and the sandwich. All the food came out at once so the scones were cold and the cream had melted by the time we were ready to eat them. For what the sandwich was it was over priced. But everything else was priced fairly."
