"Today I was served by a lovely girl named Tegan! I’ve been rushing around all weekend trying to find some accessories for my dinner plans tomorrow ! I went in not knowing what would suit the outfit I have planned and she was so happy to help! She asked me questions about the event and showed me a bunch of great options ! "I wanted to share my experience as i walked out feeling really happy with the customer service i received last Saturday. i didn't get the lady's name as i didn't keep my receipt but i do remember she had half black hair and half blonde. i had a birthday to go to and couldn't decide on what to buy. She ended up helping me choose as i was quite overwhelmed by the choices on offer. needless to say that lady had time for me and i appreciate her help."
"I was served by a staff member by the name of “Tegan” ( name was on my receipt) When i walked into the store i seen a worker sitting on the floor whilst other customers where in store, i later checked out and was served by the same person who was tegan, her attitude was upsetting had no care for me or the other customers in store, acts and looks like they don’t want to be there, and glares at all customers? so disappointing as i shop here often."
