"This insurance company is an absolute joke. My Mother was recommended this company through her bank and I have no idea why. My Mum called 8 weeks ago to lodge a claim of a broken heater and to this day has not received any indication of when an assessor would be coming to look at it. She has had to call multiple times to follow up & each time has been greeted with quite rude responses from their staff stating “someone will contact you within 8 weeks of making the claim”… we are still waiting. Extremely unimpressed with the lack of compassion & understanding given it is freezing cold temperatures at the moment. My mother is a diabetic and has had to endure covid & the flu all whilst having no heating. Do not recommend this insurance company, they do not have their clients well-being at heart."

"I had a car accident where I was not at fault. It has been 2 weeks and no one has called me. I have had to do all the calling, while being on hold for long periods of time each time, and lots of back and forth, gathering information for them even though it all would be in my police event number just so they would waive my excess fee. I am without a car because apparently you have to add a loan car as an extra in your full comprehensive cover. (I pay nearly $1000 a year?!) I am pregnant, have a 14 month old and working. I also had to purchase a new baby seat but have to wait till a final decision has been made before I can get my money back? Communication has been absolutely terrible, everytime I ring no one can really help me. No replies to my emails. This has caused me more stress in an already stressful situation."

"If I could give zero stars I would. They took 12 months to determine a legitimate claim which was well within the coverage, seeking additional information regularly making it extremely difficult to keep track of.. spoke to a different person every time, one of whom told me to keep the policy open while the claim was active which after months of paying the premium I found that this was not true and they won’t reimburse these fees because I can’t tell them the day and time of the call to verify it. I had insurance through ‘Real Insurance’ which I will now be cancelling."

"They don't even look my claim ,send me with wrong detail message, I ask for the report of the assesors but wait 1 month for nothing I try to call many times but just all day sit n wait for them to transfer after few hours phone just cut off, They send 2 guys come for inspections ,the first one come going inside the house for just 2 minutes and go, do not check anything. The second one come,he climbed up my roof walking back and forth then climb down,after he gone .it was raining and the water is licking from the roof to my ceiling. I phone them give someone come to check but they don't respond anything Very disappointed and frustrated Have no even one word to describe about them"

"HORRIBLE!!!! BE AWARE!!! I bought insurance through Commonwealth bank $600 over priced per year for comprehensive car insurance no hire car included. They took their sweet time, i had to always follow up, never received a call from them. They are inexperienced, gave me a hire car and it wasn't even on my policy, thank god because of a complaint i didn't need to pay for it. I mean look at their rating!"
