Kmart Greensborough

"On the 26th of June at 5:14, my children (12 and 14 years old) walked into Kmart, at Greensborough Plaza, hoping to buy some snacks for a movie, but unfortunately couldn’t find any. They journeyed throughout Kmart, trying to find some exquisite snacks and eventually ended up in the kids section, where they got a bit distracted and were trying to find a minecraft nerf gun. At 5:21, a manic Kmart employ (woman) came up to my kids and started to harass my two lovely children, who would never try to cause any trouble. This Kmart employ walked up to my kids and started yelling and screaming at them, interrogating them about what they were doing browsing in the kids section, she then got closer to my kids and put her finger in their faces, causing them to become very very upset. My kids tried talking to this woman respectfully but she kept going on and on, even going up to my kids a second time after their first interaction. This Kmart employ also pushed my kids against the wall and told them to go back to the snack section at the front of the store. This woman has caused my children to feel very unsafe and they have refused to walk into a Kmart ever since this traumatic experience. Please look into this woman as she has caused my family much pain."

"Staff need lessons in customer service and common courtesy! No door staff from 7.40pm onwards, lights around registers, sporting goods and kids clothes were all turned off at 7.45pm leaving customers to check out in the dark. Team members were talking and laughing together in a group. Not sure where the manager was."

"Rude staff, I purposely walked out of the way for a woman who was stocking shelves where i wanted to look and she came behind me with a gigantic trolley which i was already trying to avoid, said excuse me and i asked which way she was going and she rolled her eyes and ignored me. I was so shocked I immediately put the item i was going to buy down and walked out of the store. If you don’t want to work in retail and be nice to customers work somewhere else."

"If I could do zero stars I would. I am astounded by the horrible customer service, I tried on clothes in the changing room, then came out to be accused of stealing. I did absolutely nothing incriminating and to be treated in such a manner is appalling from such a well regarded company. You need to do better training your staff this behaviour is honestly upsetting and has ruined my night thanks a lot."

"There are 3 storey shopping centre with a lot of shops, fresh food and supermarkets are at the bottom level. Not crowded in spite of Christ. Good to see Christ, Mary and Christmas story in display too!"
