Week prior to Christmas my water pump decided to go on holiday early and Andrew not only advised me over the phone but accepted a tow truck delivery of my Tiguan and managed to fix her, including a service and have her back to me within two days and the cost whilst considerable was not over the top or unreasonable at all - all without having met me!!
