Situated conveniently close to the Calder Freeway and the Taylors Lakes primary school and Kindergarten, our centre offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere for both children and their families. As the centre manager, I have over 12 years of experience in early childhood care and education. My journey began as an assistant and has led me to this role where I aim to provide the highest level of care and education in a warm, nurturing, and safe environment. Building close relationships with families is important to me, as I believe that working in partnership is crucial for each child to reach their full potential.
I lead and educate our staff with professional training, sharing my own experience as a mother of three to enhance their capacity in supporting children with their developmental milestones. My open-door philosophy ensures that families feel comfortable discussing any concerns, and I am committed to resolving any issues immediately.
At Small Steps, we consider early childhood care and education to be a vital foundation that has a lasting impact on a child's future. We want our educators, children, and parents to feel a sense of belonging to our community, where they can always feel safe and secure.
