When you visit our inspirational Experience Centre, you will have the opportunity to explore live appliances, curated displays, and have product specialists on hand to guide you if needed. "In Sydney for two days to select appliances from F&P for a project in northern NSW, timed it for Saturday checked opening times for Saturday at the Bourke street showroom prior to arriving in Sydney arrived …and it’s closed.opening hours on the door says it opens on Saturdays! "Worst washing machine ever. New washing machine for 7 months. Need to get maintenance to come twice and minimum wait time for repair is 3 weeks each time . To your reply: I have already used the webchat. They couldn’t do anything and just told me to wait for repair to come. Said they would only consider a replacement if it breaks three times!!!! It has already been out of order twice! Error 16 - communication error of the display screen. Because of your faulty screen I have no washing machine to use for almost 2 months since living here. UPdates: technician cancelled again so I had to wait another week. Before this I had to wait a month for a part to arrive. And the apt before was rescheduled too because the technician is sick."
"Avoid this brand terrible customer service they do not accept responsibility for their own problems. I've lost $160 call out fee, with nothing installed and a 5 month wait time wasted and I don't want anyone else to go through same experience. Contacted them end of Jan for inspection of broken cooktop. Early Apr installation did not happen because the part that arrived was not fit to be installed and their own people did not inspect it prior to installation. Delayed installation early June was missed because their technician called from a private number and chose to hang out at my front door for 15 minutes and not text or ring again to get access. Every single step takes weeks or months Nx every call to customer service takes an hour. Avoid and just go somewhere else."
"Have been here a couple of times, the first, about 12 months ago, the staff were helpful and knowledgeable. The most recent visit, the staff were helpful and friendly but there was a definite lack of product knowledge. Hopefully she was new and still learning. Great place to look at product variety and compare ranges"
