You crash your car in 10 years and get stuffed for higher insurance cost. Does it goes down if you don't? One way road here to benefit them."

"Called at 8:30am, automated answering machine told me to call back during business hours (8:30am - 5:00pm) then hung up on me. I called back twice up until 9am and the automated message was still on. Finally got through and after being on hold for an extended time the phone system forces you to leave a message and they will call back, I said I was in Perth so consider the 2 hour time difference. Next day I get a call at 7.15am which I couldn't take as I was in a breakfast meeting. Pick up your act, stop acting like amateurs."
