"I turned up with all the forms they needed and the supporting documents they needed after researching and following instructions from their website. My claim was lodged quickly and I was in and out in about 5 minutes."

"They couldn’t help me in store and said that a member of Medibank will call me. They haven’t. I can’t log into the app…. I’ve been on hold for an hour trying to talk to someone. The messaging service is useless. I haven’t had 1 good experience with Medibank and do not Re commend this company purely because of the poor customer service."

"We had extremely Standoffish service from Fenny an Indonesian staff of yours on one visit. She told us to go off to Medicare to do one thing and when my husband returned a second time , she denied ever saying it in front of another staff member. She got all defensive and accusatory and aggressive towards him. I can attest that she did give wrong info the first time and was clearly lying upon being caught out. What is the point of paying for top level family care if we get treated like this. We are moving to another provider. You can thank Fenny for your loss of 3 paying customers. Unacceptable . She should be severely reprimanded ."

"I had the worst time here. The woman who was "helping" me was so dismissive and rude. I came in to sort out some claims. I was given a form to sign with no explanation so naturally I ask what I'm signing and she replies "do you want your money back or not?". At the end of our interaction I asked for her name to thank her and she asks "Why?". She was a very strange individual with a rude demeanour and made no effort to make my experience a comfortable one. I ended up not getting her name but she is a fairly short, Filipina with dark red-brown hair. Would definitely not return to her if I needed more assistance. I left feeling so bad. A horrible experience as a young person trying to figure out the insurance system on my own."

"TL;DR: Avoid Medibank at all costs! I was sold the wrong policy (Everyday Essentials when it should’ve been a visitor policy). I only found out about their mistake when I tried to make a claim, and their customer service has been absolutely dreadful. Whenever I call their help line, they would defer to their “customer care team” and make me wait for 10 working days for a response even though the remedy is so simple. It’s been many weeks since I started calling them and I feel like I’ve been talking to a wall. I’m definitely moving away from Medibank. To whoever reading, save yourself some trouble and stay away from this awful and unethical company."
