Clearly their drivers are dangerous and contribute to the many truck accidents endangering lives on our roads. Would never recommend this company after my experience. "Customer Service has always been fast, efficient and more than happy to assist where possible however in recent days, AirRoad have introduced a few surcharges whereby pricing has increased in most cases over 40%. We have been using the services of AirRoad for years now and cannot justify the price increase and substantiate it with our customers who are all questioning how we can increase their pricing of freight so drastically. Most customers who were once paying $60 for a shipment interstate are now having to pay nearly $90. This jump in the current economy is hard and really should have been taken into account from management prior to making this decision. Really disappointing, however we will now need to look for alternate options."
"Following a careful & meticulous process marking items as fragile when using AirRoad, on 2 seperate occasions our goods were smashed to pieces. After making a reasonable claim we were advised that 'due to terms & conditions our goods are not covered', leaving us out of pocket both times. Shocking customer service, should be reported to consumer affairs. Will not use AirRoad ever again!"
