"I am so shocked to receive such poor customer service from a staff working in a reputable shop like Macpac in Australia. Although I understand that the financial year end sales is currently running right now, I don’t think any customer deserves to be treated so badly. I am very disappointed with the service by the staff (from my receipt indicated as Casey) at MacPac Doncaster. I was asking the staff why the halo hooded jacket was so wrinkled and she literally ‘rolled her eyes’ saying that the wrinkle will fade after wearing the jacket for a while. Then she asked if I am a member and when I said no, she didn’t even bother asking if I want to join as a member, and when I asked her how to join she simply brushed off by saying that items on sales will not be getting any discount. Although she mentioned that member will get 20% discount on full price items and they will store the sales history in the account."
"The product is great, small range, took 5 weeks to get a transfer in and only after I went back to find out where it was. They did the work so I wanted to buy it there otherwise I could have ordered everything online. Trying to support the local shops. Hope this was just a hiccup as the staff and friendly and helpful, you do need to improve your orders and transfer process though, it took over 15 minutes of back and forth to find it."
