"Not happy with the receptionists in the office. My husband has had appointments cancelled he has also turned up at the clinic only to be told that the doctors not working that day a phone call would have been handy."
"Hubby booked a Telehealth appointment with Dr Nikki Gillot. He then got a text saying it’s been cancelled and to call the centre the next day. He then spoke with a receptionist who said the appointment will still go ahead but it’ll be a few hours late. He then waited for about three hours after the new delayed appointment time and was told by a receptionist the call would come and to keep waiting. The call never came and when he tried to ring the center just before closing time at 6pm to check once again, the call was cut off. He then had to rush to find another medical center and just managed to get in as a walk-in, new patient before closing time. I’ve been using Alpha Medical for nearly a decade now as my main medical center and have tolerated plenty of 1hr+ waits at the doctors. But what happened today is a pathetic lack of care shown by the center so won’t be coming back again."
