"Purchased a shirt from the store 12 months ago, which had a small tear in it. They offered to patch it up and bring it back for me to pick up. The shirt never returned, and after two visits to the store, another visit to a different store, and multiple emails I have had no refund or explanation for what happened. Terrible customer service, and would not recommend. It shouldn't be difficult to get a refund for an item you paid for and never received."
"Initially had a good experience selecting clothing, but quality and follow-up customer service is terrible. Button of jeans broke in two weeks cause it was made of plastic, took it back for repairs over a month ago and they haven't got back to me. Tried calling, said they would call back but haven't yet."
"Clothing looks good - but terrible quality. Purchased the, "Black Kimsoko Cotton Shirt" and wore it on two occasions before the seam between shoulder and back split 4 inches wide. Odd for a loose/oversize fit, cotton seems to be really cheap/flimsy. Shame because i do like the style of this brand, however i can't vouch for the quality next to the price."
