"Incredible quality, service, and turnaround time! The zipper of my large leather computer bag (which also was a gift from a dear family member) broke right before I started a new job. The zipper was sewn into the leather and required lots of expertise to fix. Many a nearby store declined to fix my bag. Thank goodness for Georgia and her team!
